Exhibition and Sale Terms & Conditions



1. **Introduction**

- These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of a ticket to attend "The Nanny Exhibit” (Exhibition) at The District Docklands, Shops SEG10-15, 101 Studio Lane, Docklands VIC 3008 (Venue). They also apply to and govern your behaviour when you attend the Exhibition.

- Tickets are sold by, and the Exhibition is run by, Sheffield-Babcock Productions Pty Ltd trading as The Nanny Exhibit (Promoter, we, us or our).



2. **About these terms and conditions**

- 2.1 You should read the terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket for the Exhibition and/or attending the Exhibition.

- 2.2 These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of Exhibition tickets over this website. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by submitting your request to purchase Exhibition tickets.

- 2.3 These terms must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms governing the website, including our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.



3. **Purchasing tickets for the Exhibition**

- 3.1 You may offer to purchase tickets at the price specified on the website at the time of purchase.

- 3.2 Your order must contain:

- Name

- Australian postal address

- Phone number

- Email address

- Credit card details

- Preferred delivery method

- 3.3 Tickets must be purchased at least one hour before entry.

- 3.4 Confirmation will be sent via email once payment is authorised.

- 3.5 If confirmation is not received, contact Flicket at support@flicket.io.

- 3.6 Orders will not be processed without successful payment.

- 3.7 If a date is fully booked, an alternative date can be requested.

- 3.8 A valid ticket grants access for the entire day of the booking.



4. **Payment**

- 4.1 Payment must be made using available online methods.

- 4.2 A booking fee applies to each order.

- 4.3 Prices are inclusive of GST.



5. **Entry to the Exhibition**

- 5.1 Entry is granted with:

- A valid bar-coded ticket issued by Flicket.

- A valid print-at-home PDF ticket.

- 5.2 ID may be required to confirm ticket ownership.

- 5.3 Concession tickets require valid concession card presentation.



6. **Ticket Restrictions**

- 6.1 Tickets cannot be:

- Resold without prior written consent of the promoter.

- Used for advertising or promotions.

- Used to enhance demand for other goods or services.

- 6.2 Violations result in ticket cancellation without refund.



7. **Ticket Purchase Limits**

- 7.1 Purchase limits are enforced.

- 7.2 Exceeding limits may result in cancellation without notice.



8. **Lost Tickets**

- 8.1 Replacement tickets will be provided with proof of purchase.



9. **Conduct at the Exhibition**

- 9.1 Follow directions from event staff.

- 9.2 Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

- 9.3 Bag searches may be conducted.

- 9.4 No smoking or vaping allowed.

- 9.5 Personal digital cameras are permitted, but professional photography equipment requires media accreditation.

- 9.6 Photos are for personal use only.

- 9.7 No animals allowed, except service animals.

- 9.8 No pass-outs unless stated.

- 9.9 Large bags and coats may need to be stored in the cloakroom.

- 9.10 Disorderly behaviour may result in eviction.

- 9.11 Alcohol must not be brought in; only venue-supplied alcohol is allowed.

- 9.12 No outside food or drink allowed.

- 9.13 Illicit drug use will result in removal and possible police referral.



10. **CCTV**

- 10.1 CCTV cameras may be present at the venue.



11. **Personal Information**

- 11.1 Personal information is collected in accordance with the privacy policy.

- 11.2 For questions about personal data, contact privacy@thenannyexhibit.com.



12. **Liability**

- 12.1 The promoter is not liable for personal losses, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

- 12.2 Patrons are responsible for damages they cause.



13. **Injury or Illness**

- 13.1 Medical treatment may be arranged at the patron’s expense if necessary.



14. **Ticket Name Change**

- 14.1 Tickets can be renamed or transferred for a fee.



15. **Online Ticketing Support**

- 15.1 Contact Flicket between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm for support at support@flicket.io.



16. **Refund Policy**

- 16.1 No refunds for change of mind.

- 16.2 Tickets remain valid regardless of weather conditions.

- 16.3 Program changes may occur without refund.



17. **Environmental Responsibility**

- 17.1 Patrons are encouraged to dispose of litter properly.



18. **Events Outside Control**

- 18.1 If the exhibition is cancelled due to emergencies, refunds or date exchanges will be offered.



19. **Governing Law**

- 19.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.



20. **Prohibited Items**

- 20.1 Prohibited items include:

- Alcohol

- Glass items (bottles, containers, mirrors)

- Weapons or explosives

- Illegal substances

- Non-service animals

- Large cameras or professional photography equipment

- Skateboards, scooters, and personal motorised vehicles (except mobility devices)

- Drones or remote-control devices

- Promotional materials without consent

- Umbrellas, coolers, or eskies
